Family of the Month - September - Sam Beauregard

Nominating Sam Beauregard and his wife, Maureen, as our current Family of the Month was an easy choice for us.  Their faces and smiles are reliably at most of our socials, church activities and fund raisers.  Their support starts between themselves, then extends outward to their family, St Mary Church, community and finally always to the Knights of Columbus.

They always posture themselves in a very loving and respectful way towards anyone they come in contact with.  As a result, they always set a wonderful example for all of us to follow.  Building up the Body of Christ is their true fulltime job which is evident in their good works.  We appreciate their participation in our Council activities, and the way they both light up a room.

In addition to picking the best marriage partner, Sam is one of our most accomplished members in our Council.  His extended tenure and his devotion to the Knights of Columbus is incredible.  As a Knights of Columbus Supreme Insurance Agent and his involvement in the Council away from his work, Sam is one of our 24/7 around the clock guys.  When working he tries to help each Knight protect their family with the proper amount of insurance.  While helping with the Council he is always willing to drop everything to offer his support.

In addition, he travels around the local area on several Degree Teams doing an outstanding job fully memorizing his parts.  He shows up, steps on stage and performs flawlessly - that tells us how long he’s been doing them - too long perhaps?  By helping men join this wonderful Fraternity he demonstrates how much it matters to him to build up the Body of Christ through his belief in Charity, Unity and Fraternal Brotherhood.  So not only does he provide insurance protection to us, but he has been a wonderful guardian of Father McGivney’s vision.

We all have been rewarded with their presence, and should give thanks to them every chance we get.  We appreciate this Knight’s family as  consistent top performers.  Thanks, Thanks, Thanks and Thanks!
